Robert Healey (Heal Your PC) has been consulting on our IT needs and technical computer repair problems for the past three years. His service and capability have been outstanding. He has "rescued" us numerous times, particularly during one dark stretch when our IBM server continually crashed, due to IBM's hardware failure. He was able to rescue all of our data and at one point arranged for a loaner server so that we did not lose any data or time.
